Our head chef and co-founder, Ben, began his journey in Japanese cuisine over 15 years ago as a busboy in Manhattan. Trained by the head chef of a fine dining Japanese restaurant, Ben has honed his skills by traveling along the west and east coasts, always striving for culinary perfection.
